Job Summary

The Sales Trainer will enhance the performance of retail teams through structured training programs on sales techniques, customer relationship management, product knowledge, and luxury service standards. The role requires hands-on experience in jewellery retail, with a strong focus on team development, customer conversion, and store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Capability Development

Design and conduct training programs for retail sales teams on customer engagement, relationship building, sales conversion, upselling, and closing techniques.

Coach teams to deliver a personalized luxury buying experience aligned with the House of MIJA brand.

Conduct induction and onboarding programs for current store employees.

Organize regular refresher sessions to strengthen sales effectiveness and improve store productivity.

• Jewellery Product Knowledge Training





Train teams on MIJA product collections, including gold, diamond, bridal, occasion wear, and fine jewellery.

Build a strong understanding of product craftsmanship, quality standards, styling recommendations, pricing, and key product differentiators.

Educate teams on jewellery care, certifications, and customer FAQs to improve confidence during sales conversations.

• Luxury Customer Experience & Brand Standards

Train teams to deliver premium customer service and maintain a warm, personalized shopping experience.

Ensure adherence to grooming standards, communication etiquette, store presentation, and customer service protocols.

Reinforce brand storytelling and customer relationship building to strengthen loyalty and repeat business.

• Retail Performance Monitoring

Visit stores regularly to evaluate training effectiveness and observe sales interactions.
