Education: Graduate (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / B.Tech) or MBA (Finance / Marketing)
Remuneration: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Role OverviewWe are looking for a detailed-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive Operations Executive to support daily back-office administration, client onboarding, transaction processing, and customer servicing for our mutual fund distribution business.
Key Responsibilities• Client Onboarding & KYC: Process digital and physical CKYC/KRA registrations, bank account details, nomination updates, and investor profiling.
• Transaction Execution: Handle daily order processing (Lumpsum, SIP, STP, SWP, Switches, Redemptions) across platforms like NSE NMF II, BSE StAR MF, MFU, or back-office software.
• Portfolio & Back-Office Support: Assist in preparing client portfolio reports, tracking SIP rejections/bounces.
• Client Servicing: Handle inbound client queries regarding portfolio statements,



capital gains statements, tax proof generation, and redemptions via phone/email/WhatsApp, updating client folio details like change of bank, change of email/phone, change of nominee, correction of name and helping clients with transmission and transfer of mutual funds to their nominees or family members
• AMC Coordination: Coordinate with Asset Management Company (AMC) representatives, RTAs (CAMS & KFintech) to resolve non-financial transaction queries, signature mismatches, or folio updates.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills• High proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Docs and Social Media.
• Valuable written and verbal communication skills for client coordination.
• Quick learner with an aptitude for handling financial data accurately.

• Plus Point: NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors Certification) passed or willing to complete within 30 days of joining.
