Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead Generation• Identify, generate, and qualify current business opportunities for website development, mobile application development, AI agent development, and custom software solutions.
• Find and acquire IT projects through LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, Fiverr, networking, referrals, freelancing platforms, and direct outreach.
• Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, discovery calls, client meetings, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Identify potential clients requiring business websites, e-commerce platforms, web applications, Android/iOS mobile apps, AI chatbots, AI agents, and workflow automation solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, technology partners, and business associates.
• Develop strategies to expand the company's client base in domestic and international markets.

2. Website, Mobile App & AI Agent Project Acquisition• Generate and close projects related to corporate websites, e-commerce websites, CMS-based websites, web portals, and custom web applications.




• Acquire mobile app development projects for Android, iOS, and cross-platform applications.
• Identify business opportunities for AI-powered solutions, including AI agents, AI chatbots, intelligent automation, AI-powered customer support, and business process automation.
• Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable web, mobile, and AI-based solutions.
• Identify opportunities for integrating AI capabilities into existing websites, mobile applications, CRM systems, and business workflows.
• Collaborate with technical teams to assess project feasibility, define scope, and prepare suitable solution proposals.

3. Client Requirement Gathering & Solution Consulting• Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand business objectives, technical requirements, target audiences, and project expectations.
