We're looking for Workday Integration Specialists highly skilled in designing, building, and supporting secure, reliable integrations between Workday and enterprise systems. It's a great fit for people who enjoy owning integrations end-to-end, from design to production support, and collaborating closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors.
What you’ll build and own
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and internal or third-party systems such as payroll, perks, finance, and identity providers.
• Own the full integration lifecycle,
from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and post go-live support.
• Develop complex data mappings and transformations for API-driven and file-based data flows.
• Implement secure data transport and protection standards aligned with privacy and compliance requirements.
• Design robust error handling, monitoring, and alerting to ensure integration reliability and data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues, lead root cause analysis, and drive long-term fixes.
• Assess the impact of Workday releases on existing integrations and plan required updates.
• Collaborate with functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors, maintaining clear documentation and runbooks.
Core Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building Workday integrations.
• Deep expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors, with experience in PECI or Cloud Connect a plus.
