Role Description The Lecturer role in the Polytechnic College under Bihar State Electricity Board is a full-time, on-site position located in Aurangabad. The Lecturer will plan and deliver diploma-level lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in relevant engineering and technical subjects, following the prescribed curriculum and academic standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, developing teaching materials, assessing student performance through assignments and examinations,



and maintaining accurate academic records. The Lecturer will guide students in laboratory work, support project activities, provide academic counseling, and participate in departmental meetings, academic events, and quality-improvement initiatives. The role also involves staying updated with current industry practices and integrating practical, industry-oriented examples into classroom teaching.
Qualifications

• Strong subject knowledge in relevant engineering or technical disciplines (such as Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields) and the ability to teach at diploma level.
