Role Description The Area Sales Executive (uPVC Doors and Windows) is responsible for developing and managing sales within the assigned territory, focusing on builders, contractors, architects, and dealers in Pune City. This is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City, involving regular client visits, site meetings, and local market travel. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, delivering product presentations,



preparing quotations, and negotiating pricing and terms in line with company guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support, while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and market intelligence. The Area Sales Executive is expected to achieve sales targets, nurture long-term customer relationships, and represent Concord Ecobuild professionally in the local market.
