Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for an Inside Sales Executive & Travel Booking Executive. The role involves responding to inbound inquiries, contacting potential customers, qualifying leads, and presenting suitable travel solutions and packages. The executive will manage end-to-end travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and related services,
while ensuring accurate documentation and timely confirmations. Daily tasks include maintaining customer records, following up on prospects, handling customer queries, and providing post-booking support to ensure a positive experience. The role also requires close coordination with internal teams to meet sales targets, optimize conversion rates, and uphold service standards.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to convert leads and meet defined targets.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills and the ability to build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers.
