• Conduct product presentations and live demos for customers and channel partners in a skilled manner.
• 2–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, data privacy, compliance, or a related IT/software domain.
• Understand customer requirements and map them to relevant product capabilities and solutions.
• Participate in technical discussions and address basic product and solution-related queries.
• Coordinate POCs with customers, sales teams, and OEM pre-sales teams.
• Coordinate post-sales implementation, deployment, and technical support with customers and OEM teams.
• Support the sales team with customer meetings, demos, proposals, and technical discussions.
• Support channel partners with product demonstrations, training,



and technical enablement.
• Maintain strong knowledge of assigned products, features, capabilities, and latest updates.
• Develop a good understanding of data privacy, compliance requirements, and related solutions.
• Prepare product presentations, technical documents, POC reports, and basic RFP/RFI responses.
• Communicate effectively with customers, partners, sales, and OEM teams to ensure smooth coordination.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
