Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for managing and growing client relationships in line with Lares AlgoTech’s trading and investment offerings. This role involves onboarding new clients, understanding their financial goals, and recommending suitable products and services.



The Relationship Manager will handle regular client interactions, respond to queries, provide updates on market trends and portfolio performance, and act as a liaison between clients and internal trading or operations teams. The role also includes maintaining accurate client records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and supporting client retention initiatives.
Qualifications
• Strong client relationship management skills, including stakeholder communication, empathy, and conflict resolution.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, particularly Equity, Futures & Options, and Commodity trading, with interest in algorithmic and technology-driven investing.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
