We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Manager | Medcy Hospitals & Medcy IVF Centre | Visakhapatnam Medcy Hospitals is a 108-bed multi-specialty hospital in Arilova, Vizag, and Medcy IVF Centre is our dedicated fertility brand with centres across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. We're building an in-house digital marketing team and are looking for someone to lead it. What you'll do - Own the digital marketing strategy for both brands: Medcy Hospitals and Medcy IVF Centre, each with its own distinct voice and audience - Plan monthly and quarterly campaigns across Google,



Meta, YouTube, WhatsApp and Google Business Profiles - Set lead-generation targets and track cost per lead, appointment conversions and channel ROI - Lead and review the work of the SEO and performance marketing executives - Work with doctors and leadership to turn medical expertise into patient-friendly campaigns - Manage ad budgets and present monthly performance reports to management - Ensure all content and ads follow healthcare advertising norms (NMC guidelines, PCPNDT Act, ART Act) and Google/Meta healthcare ad policies
Qualifications
• What we're looking for - 4–6 years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a strategy or team-lead role - Healthcare, hospital or clinic marketing experience is strongly preferred
• Hands-on understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and analytics (GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio)
• Experience running lead-generation campaigns with measurab
