Role Description The Purchasing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehgam. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day purchasing activities, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.



The Purchasing Executive will monitor inventory levels, negotiate pricing and terms, maintain accurate purchasing records, and support cost-effective procurement decisions. The role also involves collaborating closely with internal departments, resolving order-related issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to handle Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions efficiently.
• Experience in Purchase Management and Procurement, including vendor coordination and negotiation.
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
• Knowledge of inventory control, basic supply chain concepts, and ERP or purchasing software is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
