Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to turn raw data into meaningful insights, build interactive dashboards, and support business decisions through data-driven reporting and analysis.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Write SQL queries to extract, filter, and analyze data from databases.
• Prepare MIS reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely report delivery.
• Present actionable insights to management to support strategic decisions.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Mandatory skills: SQL and Power BI.
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, data visualization, and reporting.
• Understanding of KPIs, data modeling, and business reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Candidates with relevant experience in data analysis or business intelligence are preferred.
