Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources role is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee life cycle management, and HR documentation. This position is responsible for administering HR policies, supporting performance management processes,



and maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems. The Senior Executive HR will handle employee relations, address queries and grievances, support engagement initiatives, and collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to ensure consistent HR practices. The role also includes compliance with statutory requirements, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), with experience in HR Management and HR Operations.
• Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies aligned with organizational goals and local regulations.
• Proven experience in Recruitment ,Employee Relations, including handling grievances, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
