Job Description: Communication Lead – Digital Communication

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Communication Lead to develop and execute integrated communication strategies across digital and traditional channels. The candidate will be responsible for strengthening brand presence, managing stakeholder communications, driving digital engagement, and ensuring consistent messaging aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and lead corporate, internal, external, and digital communication strategies.
• Manage digital communication across websites, social media, email campaigns, intranet, and other digital platforms.
• Oversee content strategy, brand messaging, storytelling, and digital campaigns.
• Lead leadership communication, employee engagement, and change communication initiatives.
• Manage media relations, corporate announcements, and external stakeholder engagement.
• Drive brand reputation management, crisis communication, and issue resolution.




• Monitor digital performance using analytics and define KPIs to measure communication effectiveness.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external agencies.
• Lead and mentor communication teams while managing budgets and campaign delivery.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 15–20 years of experience in corporate communications, including significant experience leading communication functions or teams.
• Solid expertise in digital communication, content strategy, social media, and integrated campaigns.
• Proven experience in leadership communication, stakeholder management, and brand reputation.
• Familiarity with digital analytics, content management systems, and communication tools.
