Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, creative, and commercial-minded professional with robust roots in the beauty and wellness ecosystem. You will lead brand positioning, integrated marketing campaigns, cross-brand partnerships, and demand-generation initiatives to drive market penetration, consumer awareness, and omnichannel growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define and execute the annual marketing roadmap for Chicnutrix, establishing a differentiated, credible voice across inner and outer beauty verticals.
• Campaign Ideation & Execution: Conceptualize 360° product launch and brand awareness campaigns across digital channels, social media, performance funnels, PR, and on-ground activations.
• Demand Generation & Funnel Synergy: Partner with digital marketing, D2C, and marketplace teams (Nykaa, Amazon, Blinkit, etc.) to convert high-reach campaigns into sustained sales velocity.
• Content & Visual Direction: Guide creative workflows for video storytelling, product packaging, social-first hooks,



and ad creatives alongside internal creative talent and external agencies.
• Influencer & PR Alliances: Oversee authentic creator seeding programs, dermatologist/expert endorsements, and celebrity collaborations tailored to the beauty-nutrition space.
• Consumer Insights & Market Intelligence: Track shifts in consumer behavior, ingredient trends, nutraceutical developments, and competitive benchmarks to refine messaging and positioning.
• Brand Metrics: Track awareness metrics (reach, SOV, engagement) against commercial KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV) to optimize marketing spend.
• Brand Partnerships & Strategic Collaborations:
• Map, prospect, and execute co-marketing alliances with non-competing, category-adjacent brands (e.g., premium skincare/dermatology labels, salon & spa chains, fitness & lifestyle apparel, healthy F&B;, subscription boxes, and lifestyle platforms).
