About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day partner operations and ensure the smooth execution of financial workflows across our platform.
The role involves coordinating with fintech partners, banking teams, and internal Product and Engineering teams to manage transactions, KYC processes, deposit bookings, settlements, reconciliations, and operational issues.

Key: This is a backend operations and partner coordination role, not a calling or telecalling job. The focus is on transaction monitoring, issue resolution, operational execution, and stakeholder coordination rather than high-volume inbound or outbound calls.
