Role Description

We are looking for an experienced SEO Analyst to own SEO strategy and execution for a portfolio of client websites, mostly U.S.-based small and mid-sized businesses. You will plan and prioritize work across technical, on-page, local, and content SEO, turn data into transparent recommendations, and report results to clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Technical SEO
• Own SEO strategy and day-to-day execution for multiple client accounts, setting priorities based on business goals and data.
• Run technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, redirects, canonicals, sitemaps, robots.txt) and work with developers on fixes.

• Set up and maintain Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager, including conversion and event tracking.

On-Page, Content & AI Search
• Conduct keyword research and mapping (head, long-tail, and intent-based terms) and build content plans around topic clusters.
• Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, URL structure, internal linking, and schema markup.
• Perform competitor and content-gap analysis and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
• Optimize content for AI search (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity) and rankings.

Local SEO & Off-Page
• Optimize Google Business Profiles: citations, posts, and local landing pages.
• Ensure NAP consistency across directories.
• Plan and execute ethical link-building and digital PR; monitor backlink profiles and clean up toxic links.

Reporting & Team Support
• Prepare monthly SEO
