1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (BDA) – Full Time
• Location: Begur, Bangalore
• Pay: ₹3,00,000 fixed + ₹1,00,000 variable per annum (₹4 LPA CTC)
• Travel Allowance provided over and above this
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline – freshers and experienced candidates both welcome

2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERN – Students Welcome

We are happy to take on interns who are still pursuing their degree. If you are in your 2nd year, 3rd year or final year and want hands-on experience in sales, marketing and admissions, this is for you.
• Location: Begur, Bangalore
• Stipend:



21,000 per month
• Duration: 2-3 months, with flexible hours that can be worked around your college schedule
• Open to students currently enrolled in any UG or PG programme
• Robust performers will be considered for a full-time BDA offer

Responsibilities
• Follow up with prospective parents on leads generated by the PRO team and marketing campaigns
• Conduct field marketing in apartments, gated communities, parks, malls and residential areas to generate quality admission leads
• Organise and represent the school at weekend promotional events
• Counsel parents on curriculum, facilities and fee structure; schedule campus visits and maintain follow-ups
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions and achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
• Update all calls, follow-ups and admission statuses in the CRM; submit daily, weekly and monthly reports
