Role Description The Digital Content Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for planning, creating, and managing digital content across IFI’s platforms, including website, social media, and other online channels. This role oversees the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of articles, show updates, promotional assets, and audience engagement campaigns that support the show’s brand and storyline.



The Digital Content Manager collaborates with production, marketing, and design teams to translate show moments into compelling digital narratives, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual style. Daily activities include briefing writers and creators, editing and publishing web content, monitoring performance analytics, and optimizing content based on audience insights. The role also involves coordinating digital projects from concept to execution, maintaining workflows, and supporting community interaction around episodes, challenges, and participant journeys.
