Role Description The Microbiologist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. This role involves performing routine microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished cosmetic products to ensure they meet safety and quality standards. The Microbiologist will prepare culture media, maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, and accurately document and interpret test results in line with regulatory and internal guidelines.



Daily responsibilities include supporting quality control and quality assurance activities, investigating microbial contamination issues, and collaborating with production and R&D; teams to improve formulations and processes. The role also requires maintaining a clean, compliant laboratory environment and following all GMP and safety protocols.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Microbiology knowledge and practical experience applying microbiological principles in a laboratory or manufacturing setting.
