Reports to - Bar Supervisor & Head Mixologist
Employment type - Full time, permanent after a 3-month probation
Working day - 9-10 hours
Weekly off - Fixed, every Tuesday
Paid leave - 24 days a year, after probation
Accommodation - Not provided. 15 days of temporary accommodation on joining, plus help finding a place

The House of V is a multi-concept hospitality group in Indore with three venues, and this role works across all of them.
• Atelier V: casual fine dining and a craft cocktail bar. This is the heart of the bar program.
• Masala Code: pan-Indian regional cuisine, with a bar that supports the food.
• Fabric: a nightclub, with high-volume service on club nights.

Purpose of the role
The Bartender serves consistent, high-quality drinks and warm hospitality at all three venues. Behind that service sit the prep, stock control and excise records that keep the bar running and compliant.
The role is part craft and part discipline. A great drink served from an inaccurate stock register is still a failure.
Key responsibilities:
• Make classic and house cocktails to the program's specs, every time.
• Pour spirits, wine and beer to standard measures.
• Read guests, recommend drinks, and remember regulars and their preferences.
• Keep the bar clean, stocked and set up throughout the shift.
• Run opening and closing checklists.
