Role Description The Senior Business Executive (full-time) will be responsible for driving loan business growth and managing customer relationships at the Barabanki on-site location. Daily activities include identifying prospective customers, explaining loan products and eligibility criteria, assisting with online and offline applications, and guiding applicants through documentation and approval processes. The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams for smooth loan disbursement,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The Senior Business Executive will also handle customer queries, provide after-sales support, and contribute to local marketing and outreach initiatives to expand the customer base.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail finance, banking, or NBFC sales, preferably in loans (car, home, personal, business, etc.).
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills to engage, educate, and retain clients.
• Ability to understand financial products, assess customer eligibility, and explain terms and conditions clearly.
• Comfort with digital tools and online application platforms for processing and tracking loan requests.
• Good communication skills in English and local/regional languages, with professional presentation abilities.
• Robust organizational skills for documentation, data accuracy
