Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Madurai. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a passion for identifying, engaging, and attracting the right talent. Prior experience in IT recruitment is preferred, but candidates with experience in other recruitment domains are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various positions and domains.
• Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience,



communication, and role suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
• Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Achieve recruitment targets while ensuring timely and quality closures.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve sourcing strategies and overall hiring efficiency.
