Role Description The Customer Support Executive will provide timely and professional assistance to customers through phone, email, chat, and other online support channels. Responsibilities include resolving customer queries, handling complaints, and guiding users through products or services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical or complex issues,



documenting interactions in support systems, and following up to ensure closure. The Customer Support Executive will also contribute to improving support processes by reporting recurring issues and sharing customer feedback. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications

• Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication and professionalism.
• Ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction through empathy, problem solving, and follow-through.
• Experience providing Online Support, including handling inquiries via email, chat, and other digital platforms.
• Knowledge of Technical Support practices, including basic troubleshooting and escalation procedures.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
• Comfort with using CRM or ticketing tools and learning new software quickly.
