Role Overview
We are looking for a Assistant Manager, Marketing with 4+ years of relevant experience in the beauty, skincare, or personal care industry who can independently plan and execute end-to-end marketing activities across multiple brands

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Campaign Planning:- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for multiple beauty, skincare, and personal care brands.
2. Content Strategy & Creative Production:- Develop content strategies across social media, influencer platforms, digital advertising, and other consumer touchpoints.
3. Influencer & Creator Marketing;- Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from identifying relevant creators to campaign reporting.
4.



Social Media Marketing:- Own social media strategy and content calendars particularly Instagram posts, reels, stories, launches, creator collaborations, and brand communication.
5. Digital Marketing & Paid Campaigns:- Plan and execute Meta advertising campaigns across awareness, consideration, traffic, and conversion objectives along with creative testing, campaign briefs, audience strategies, and budget allocation with performance marketing teams or agencies.
6. E-commerce Marketing, Offers & Promotions:- Work closely with e-commerce and sales teams to develop marketing plans for Amazon, Nykaa, Tira, Myntra, quick-commerce platforms, D2C websites, and offline retail.
7. Product Launches & Brand Activations:- Lead marketing planning and execution for recent product launches, including communication strategy, content, influencer campaigns, and digital activation.
