JOB OVERVIEWG Square & Company is looking for confident and result-oriented Sales Executives / Telecallers to handle business enquiries, generate leads, conduct follow-ups, manage franchise enquiries, and support sales growth across its ventures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Make outbound calls and handle incoming sales and franchise enquiries.
• Explain company offerings, services, and franchise opportunities to prospective clients.
• Follow up with interested leads and convert enquiries into potential sales.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate lead records, call details, and follow-up status.
• Use Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools to track leads and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead management.
• Achieve daily,



weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini to prepare call scripts, draft follow-up messages, and improve productivity.

SKILLS REQUIRED• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good command of Hindi and English.
• Confidence in handling customer calls and objections.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and computer operations.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools and CRM software will be an advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work towards targets.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION• Bachelor's degree from a recognised university is mandatory.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
