Role Description The CNC & CO2 Laser Machine Service Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves installing, commissioning, and servicing CNC and CO2 laser machines at customer locations, including diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control issues. The engineer will calibrate and test machines, perform software updates,



and ensure optimal performance and safety according to company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to service requests, preparing service reports, training customers on machine operation and basic maintenance, and coordinating with the technical and sales teams to support customer satisfaction. The role may require occasional travel to client sites and adherence to all safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong machining and CNC operation skills, including experience with CNC routers, laser cutting machines, and metal cutting equipment.
