Role Description The CAM Programmer role at Auronix Tech is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The CAM Programmer will create and optimize CNC programs for milling and machining operations, ensuring effective material usage and accurate component production. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, preparing tool paths,
selecting appropriate tools and cutting parameters, and validating programs through simulations and trial runs. The role involves close collaboration with design, production, and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues, improve process reliability, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The CAM Programmer will also maintain documentation, update program libraries, and follow safety and quality standards on the shop floor.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Drawing and the ability to interpret engineering blueprints and CAD models.
• Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Milling and general Machining processes within a precision manufacturing environment.
• Candidates should possess Programming and CNC/VMC Programming skills for generating, modifying, and optimizing CAM programs.
