Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Indore, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities. This role includes sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will drive hiring processes,



maintain accurate candidate pipelines, and support employer branding initiatives to enhance Halcer’s talent visibility in the technology sector. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve using recruitment tools and platforms, maintaining recruitment metrics, and ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience aligned with Halcer’s values.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
• Candidates should possess experience in Hiring and Interviewing, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and conduct structured interviews.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Employer Branding, including promoting Halcer’s culture and opportunities across digital and offline channels.
