We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Air Ticketing Executive to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of airline reservations, ticket issuance, fare rules and post-booking support, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Role Description The Travel Consultant GDS role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh. The role involves using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to plan, book, and manage travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground transport, and related services for corporate, government, group, and individual clients. The Travel Consultant will handle reservations, fare searches, itinerary changes, and ticketing,



while ensuring accuracy and adherence to client preferences and budgets. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on travel options, resolving booking issues, coordinating with suppliers, and providing timely customer support before, during, and after travel. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, fares, and promotions, and contributing to productive travel management processes within the team.
Qualifications
• Strong travel consulting skills, including the ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable itineraries and travel solutions.
• Experience in travel management, with a focus on coordinating end-to-end itineraries for corporate, government, group, and leisure travelers.
• Proficiency in managing travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, visas, and related services.
