Field Executive Bangalore

Role Description The Field Executive role at PulsiFinserve is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Field Executive is responsible for meeting prospective customers, explaining loan products and digital lending processes, and assisting them with documentation and application submission. The role includes verifying customer information, coordinating with internal teams for approvals, and ensuring timely follow-up to convert leads into successful disbursements. The Field Executive will maintain accurate records of visits, handle basic customer queries, and represent the company professionally in the field to build trust and long-term relationships.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong customer service and relationship-building skills to interact effectively with individuals and small business clients.
• Candidates should possess basic financial awareness and an understanding of lending or banking processes to explain products clearly.




• Candidates should possess positive communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to convey information in a clear and respectful manner.
• Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to handle multiple visits, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
• Candidates should possess comfort with smartphones and digital applications, with the ability to use mobile and web-based tools for loan processing.
• Candidates should possess a valid means of local travel and willingness to work on-site and in the field within Bengaluru.
• A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience in field sales, collection, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
