About the RoleReliant Housing Group is hiring experienced and performance-driven Telecalling Executives for our residential projects, Floresta and Felecia, in Jaipur.
We are looking for professionals with a strong background in real estate telecalling, lead management, customer follow-ups and site visit generation.

Key Responsibilities• Handle inbound and outbound calls for residential property enquiries.
• Contact and qualify leads generated through various marketing channels.
• Understand customer requirements, budgets and buying preferences.
• Explain project features, pricing and payment plans.
• Generate, schedule and confirm qualified customer site visits.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to improve lead-to-site-visit conversions.
• Maintain accurate lead records, call remarks and follow-up schedules in CRM.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling,



follow-up and site visit targets.
• Maintain professional customer communication standards.

Candidate Requirements• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate telecalling or pre-sales is mandatory.
• Prior experience in residential real estate projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Jaipur real estate market.
• Excellent Hindi communication and persuasion skills.
• Working knowledge of CRM and lead management systems.
• Proven ability to generate qualified site visits.
• Target-oriented, disciplined and proactive in customer follow-ups.
