Role Description The Memory Design Engineer will work on the design, development, and optimization of memory circuits and subsystems for semiconductor products in a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and reviewing design specifications, performing circuit design and simulation, conducting timing, power, and reliability analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on integration and verification.



The role involves using CAD tools for schematic entry, layout review, and design validation, as well as supporting design reviews, documentation, and sign-off processes. The engineer will also assist in debugging design issues, improving design methodologies, and contributing to design automation and best practices within the team.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Design Engineering skills, including circuit design, memory architecture understanding, and design validation.
• Candidates should possess relevant Electrical Engineering knowledge, including digital and analog electronics, semiconductor device fundamentals, and signal integrity concepts.
