Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role based in Kanpur. The Business Development Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and promote Craaftech Globl’s exhibition, retail,



and digital experience solutions. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads through various channels, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with design and operations teams to align client requirements with deliverables. The role also involves managing the sales pipeline, attending client meetings and industry events, following up on inquiries, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
