Role Description
The Academic Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Medigrad’s academic programs. This role includes managing end-to-end program lifecycles, coordinating with faculty and subject matter experts,



and ensuring alignment with accreditation standards and organizational goals. The Academic Program Manager will plan course schedules, monitor program performance, and analyze learner feedback and outcomes to inform enhancements. Daily activities involve curriculum planning, documentation, coordination with operations and technology teams, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role also includes supporting faculty onboarding, maintaining academic quality, and contributing to recent program development within Medigrad’s healthcare and edtech ecosystem.
