Key responsibilities
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer segmentation.
• Assist in lead generation and business development activities.
• Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Prepare marketing presentations, reports and campaign performance summaries.
• Maintain prospect databases and update CRM records.
• Support digital marketing, promotional activities, events and customer engagement initiatives.
