About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our team.In this role, you will engage with prospective students and working professionals, understand their learning and career objectives, recommend relevant IT upskilling and reskilling programs,
and drive enrollments through a consultative sales approach.The ideal candidate must have prior experience selling IT upskilling or reskilling courses and be comfortable managing leads, conducting follow-ups, handling objections, and closing sales in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective learners using company-generated leads.
• Understand prospects' career goals, learning requirements, and interest in IT courses.
• Communicate program features, perks, and value propositions effectively.
• Follow up with interested prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Recommend suitable IT upskilling and reskilling programs based on customer requirements.
• Handle customer queries, overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and drive enrollments.
• Schedule webinars and appointments with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate lead records, customer interactions, and sales updates in the CRM.
