Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, for DEMANDAY’s on-site team in Belgaum.



This full-time role involves partnering with leadership to design and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with organizational goals and support a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment activities, conducting interviews, coordinating new hire orientation, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. The Human Resources Manager will also lead initiatives around learning and development, compensation and benefits administration, compliance with labor regulations, and internal communication. The role requires close collaboration with managers across departments to address workforce planning, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives that support retention and performance.
