About the Opportunity
Apply your scientific expertise to train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. You will develop challenging research problems, assess AI-generated scientific responses, and ensure accuracy and methodological rigor across microbiome, clinical, and translational research.
Key Responsibilities
• Design expert-level scientific problems with clear, verifiable solutions.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy, reasoning, and depth.
• Develop assessment rubrics and reference answers based on primary literature and established methodologies.
• Apply expertise in microbiome analysis, metagenomics, clinical genomics,



biomarker discovery, and precision medicine.
• Document scientific reasoning and incorporate feedback through iterative review.

Required Qualifications
• PhD in Microbiology, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Immunology, Epidemiology, or a related field.
• Hands-on research experience in an academic or industry laboratory.
• Skilled written and spoken English proficiency (C1 or higher).
• Strong scientific reasoning, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Postdoctoral or industry research experience in microbiome, clinical, or translational research.
• Peer-reviewed publications, preferably as a first author.
