The Opportunity
We are looking for a Regional Manager – Business Development (MICE) to spearhead business acquisition in the Mumbai market. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role for someone who combines robust sales capability with an understanding of the corporate MICE ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities




Develop and execute the TMS-MICE business development strategy.
Identify and acquire new corporate clients across sectors and build a strong regional sales pipeline for TMS-MICE .
Build relationships with Marketing, Corporate Travel, HR, Administration, Procurement, Events and senior business stakeholders.
Own the complete business development cycle — prospecting, qualification, solution development, proposal, negotiation and closure.
Support in developing strategic relationships with Airlines, ground logistics, event agencies, DMCs, hotels and other ecosystem partners.
Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to create commercially viable solutions.
Maintain a robust pipeline and deliver agreed revenue and business acquisition targets.
Track market trends, competitor activity, corporate travel behaviour and emerging MICE opportunities.
