Position Summary

The Digital Media Manager - Programmatic will focus on driving media activation and campaign management across agencies and partners. You will build infrastructure and capabilities for an agency and drive media strategy with customers and agencies. You'll act as the liaison between the Campaign Management team and customers regarding current campaign performance and the future programmatic approach. You'll work closely with multiple stakeholders, bridge organisational and structural gaps, and mobilise internal resources to deliver a seamless experience for agencies, partners, and customers on Display and Video 360 (DV360).

Key Responsibility Areas
• Creating and presenting strategic digital media plans based on sound analytics, supported by data.
• Using your analytical mindset, you will be responsible for the platform strategy, execution, performance, and reporting of the media campaign across all programmatic buying platforms.
• Create digital media strategy and campaign plans (propose, iterate as needed, and secure approval from clients)




• Be the programmatic expert for the client on campaign performance and optimisation, providing insights into the best strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives
• Deploying appropriate technology platforms to find and engage with key target audience segments
• Build training materials and best practice documentation
• Leverage first-party and third-party data for targeting and insights
• Oversee the work of one specialist, train in technical knowledge, and manage workflow
• Coordinate assets and tags with vendors, and ensure campaigns are delivering against KPI’s and proactively manage campaign execution
• Responsible for overseeing client pacing & performance across the digital media portfolio
• Recommend forward-thinking strategies and innovations
