TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: RESPONSIBILITIES:

Five years’ experience in a similar role within FMCG or similar high volume environment
 Ensure daily and weekly tasks are maintained such as o Allocations
o Reconciliations o Follow up of outstanding invoices o Timely claims processing
o Following up and securing of relevant documents such as Proof of Delivery
o Ensure you are engaged and aligned with business objectives

 Collection of overdue account via phone & correspondence
o Maintain weekly reconciliation activity
o Ensure consistent reconciliations progress and reason codes are updated accurately as often as possible to reflect current activity
o Ensure text against line items is being recorded to support follow up
 Provide monthly commentary on overdue accounts for inclusion in EOM Reason Code Report
o Ensure you select most appropriate reason code and update as required and cycle through reason codes as required through escalation
o Review and have reason codes updated based upon ledger review with Team Leader




Gain a thorough understanding of Distributor and warehouse processes  Perform any other ad hoc duties as required by the Team Leader/Credit Manager
