Role Description This is a full-time, on-site South Indian Chef role based in Jaipur. The South Indian Chef will plan and prepare a variety of authentic South Indian dishes, including breakfast items, main courses, snacks, and accompaniments, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. Daily responsibilities include handling food preparation, managing cooking schedules, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and following safety and quality standards. The chef will coordinate with the kitchen team,



manage ingredients and inventory, and suggest seasonal or health-focused menu items aligned with Nowal NatureCare’s wellness orientation. The role also involves responding to guest preferences, maintaining portion control, and supporting training of junior kitchen staff when required.

• Strong expertise in South Indian cuisine, including traditional recipes, regional variations, and healthy cooking methods.
• Proficiency in food preparation techniques, knife skills, and efficient use of kitchen equipment.
