Role Description The Project Estimator at ROU Interio is a remote, contract role responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for modular furniture and interior projects. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing design plans and specifications, analyzing materials, labor, and installation costs, and preparing detailed proposals and budgets. The role involves collaborating with designers, project managers, and suppliers to gather pricing information and clarify project requirements. The Project Estimator will track cost variations, update estimates as project details evolve,



and provide transparent, timely communication to support decision-making and project planning.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Project Estimation and Construction Estimating skills for interior and modular furniture projects.
• Candidates should possess solid Cost Management and Budgeting skills to maintain financial control and support profitable project delivery.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with designers, project managers, suppliers, and clients in a remote environment.
• Relevant experience in interior design, furniture, construction, or related project-based industries is beneficial.
