Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashik. In this role, the individual will identify and pursue new business opportunities across Yoova’s cloud kitchen, café model, and MithaLite brands, including partnerships,



franchise leads, and corporate accounts. Daily responsibilities include market research, lead generation, pipeline management, and conducting meetings and presentations with potential partners and clients. The role involves negotiating and closing agreements, coordinating with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and tracking performance against sales and expansion targets. The Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends, recommend growth strategies, and represent the company at industry events and local networking activities.
