We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Contracts to lead contracts, commercial management, procurement coordination, and vendor management for high-rise residential and commercial real estate projects.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of experience in the real estate or construction industry, with strong expertise in contract management, tendering, rate analysis, cost negotiation, purchasing, vendor development, and commercial administration.

The candidate must have a strong understanding of the Noida/NCR construction vendor ecosystem, including established contractors, subcontractors, suppliers,



and specialist agencies. The role requires the ability to negotiate competitive commercial terms, establish reliable vendor partnerships, manage contractual risks, and ensure timely procurement of construction works and services without compromising quality or project timelines.
