About RoopkalaRoopkala is a fashion retail brand focused on bringing together traditional elegance and modern style. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our team and manage day-to-day accounting operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities• Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and financial entries.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Manage purchase and sales entries, billing, and invoice verification.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Track expenses, payments, outstanding balances, and vendor accounts.
• Assist with GST-related documentation, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Maintain and update accounting books and financial statements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties regarding payments and account-related queries.




• Assist in monthly closing, reporting, and other accounting activities as required.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all assigned tasks.

Requirements• Relevant experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Valuable knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A responsible, professional, and systematic approach to work.
