Role Overview
As a Junior Financial Advisor, you will work closely with senior advisors to understand client financial needs, support portfolio assessments, and help prospective clients discover structured wealth management solutions.

You will interact with inbound prospects, assist in financial profiling, participate in client discussions, and gradually develop the skills required to independently manage client relationships and convert prospects into long-term clients.





This role is ideal for someone with a robust interest in personal finance, excellent communication skills, and the ambition to grow into a successful wealth advisor.

Key Responsibilities
• Engage with inbound prospects and understand their financial needs, goals, and investment preferences.
• Collect and assess client information, including age, income, assets, liabilities, investments, and financial goals.
• Assist senior advisors in preparing financial plans, portfolio reviews, and asset allocation recommendations.
• Explain Enrichwise’s financial frameworks and wealth management approach to prospective clients.
• Support client conversations by addressing basic investment queries and identifying client concerns.
• Follow up with prospective clients and assist senior advisors in moving opportunities toward conversion.
• Coordinate with Associates and CRMs to ensure smooth client onboarding and servicing.
