Role Description The Payroll and Compliance Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh.



This role is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, including data collection, calculation of wages, statutory deductions, and timely disbursement. The position involves maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies, and preparing reports for internal stakeholders and audits. The executive will monitor changes in employment and payroll legislation, coordinate with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies, and support internal and external compliance reviews. Daily activities also include responding to employee queries on payroll and benefits, supporting process improvements, and assisting in the documentation and implementation of payroll and compliance procedures.
