We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused E-commerce Executive to manage marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketplace management, catalog operations, promotional execution, inventory tracking, and sales performance reporting. Experience with D2C brands in beauty, skincare, wellness, or FMCG will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities• Marketplace Operations: Manage daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and quick-commerce platforms. Monitor listing health, resolve catalog errors, address listing suppression issues, and coordinate with platform support teams.
• Catalog & Listing Management: Create, update, and maintain product listings. Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, attributes,



and A+ content in coordination with internal teams.
• Promotions & Offers: Execute platform deals, sale events, coupons, discounts, bundles, and promotional campaigns. Coordinate with marketplace account managers to ensure timely execution of promotional activities.
• Inventory & Order Management: Track inventory levels, stock availability, and replenishment requirements. Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and fulfilment issues while coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Quick-Commerce Operations: Manage product listings, pricing, catalogue availability, store-level inventory visibility, and promotions across Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
• Performance Monitoring: Track daily sales, traffic, conversion rates, product availability, and Buy Box performance wherever applicable. Maintain daily and weekly dashboards using Excel and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
